As a personal coach, I provide a place to brainstorm (or brain dump) without judgment or criticism, I help strategize, prioritize, implement and bring to completion the myriads of "To Do's" that haunt and sap energy. I provide an outsiders perspective and judgment-free accountability so my clients can accomplish what is most important to them.

I've been coaching since 1998. I have coached 10 year olds and teenagers, college students, aeronautic engineers, counselors, acupuncturists, chiropractors, naturopaths, massage therapists, estheticians, direct-sales reps, children's entertainers, painters, kitchen refinishers, general contractors, architects, insurance brokers, stock brokers, real estate agents and brokers, radio personalities, to name a few. Most were small business owners or solopreneurs some were aspiring entrepreneurs. My husband and I raised three teens into successful adults.
