My business allows men and women to nurture their body, mind and spirit.

I carry over 50 Aromatherapy products, all hand-blended and made with the highest quality essential oils and other ingredients available. All products are natural and non-toxic, our lotion is organic. Most are created to address specific health concerns (e.g. Headaches, PMS, menopause, depression, insomnia); treating the body with natural, drug-free methods.

I teach yoga classes in Redmond and my new website has pose guides, free classes and much more.

We offer only the finest quality essential oil products available. We choose our ingredients based solely on therapeutic benefit, not on price. Each bottle is hand crafted to ensure the highest vibration and healing properties possible. With a Certified Aromatherapist creating the blends, you are guaranteed the best options for specific concerns.

In yoga class, I work with each person individually, even in the group setting; taking the time to learn your needs and wants and I build each class from the input of the students. I offer modifications for most poses which encourages a student to practice at his/her own level.

I would like to connect with women who might be interested in a natural approach to PMS and menopause.

I also want to meet others who are interested in helping their patients/clients find natural health. Naturopaths, therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists are all great contacts for me.
