  I appreciate new opportunities to meet people who are interested in creating balance in their physical, emotional, and spiritual life, and who may be ready to begin the process for improving their life in those areas. I love to talk about what I do, and how I do it, in my wellness practice.(Wellness consulting can entail anything from helping clients with weight issues to learning how to eat for life (no "diets"), stress reduction, relational issues, etc.) Introductions to groups/ companies who want a speaker to talk about a multitude of business/wellness issues/topics is always appreciated! I would also love an intro or contact to companies who you think would benefit from a wellness program. Usually the HR person, and/or President of a company is the best contact. Lastly, I love joining forces with like minded people where we can cross-promote and help each other grow our businesses. That is the best.
