I own a wellness/business consulting practice where I facilitate the process of helping people improve the quality of their life physically, emotionally and spiritually! I have created a program called Wellness in the Workplace, whereby I bring business and wellness consulting to businesses and corporations. I love to teach, educate, advocate and motivate people toward improving their life and health and do so through writing, speaking and seminars. I work with clients one-on-one in my private practice, and with groups in small businesses and corporations.

Follow my passions; I love all my job descriptions !!! I am skilled at asking the right questions, and being purposeful in all that I do. I could go on, but it might seem more prudent to ask some of my current and previous clients, seminar participants, and audience members!

I appreciate new opportunities to meet people who are interested in creating balance in their physical, emotional, and spiritual life, and who may be ready to begin the process for improving their life in those areas. I love to talk about what I do, and how I do it, in my wellness practice.(Wellness consulting can entail anything from helping clients with weight issues to learning how to eat for life (no "diets"), stress reduction, relational issues, etc.) Introductions to groups/ companies who want a speaker to talk about a multitude of business/wellness issues/topics is always appreciated! I would also love an intro or contact to companies who you think would benefit from a wellness program. Usually the HR person, and/or President of a company is the best contact. Lastly, I love joining forces with like minded people where we can cross-promote and help each other grow our businesses. That is the best. I was educated at Bowling Green State University, in Bowling Green Ohio, majoring in social work/psychology. I transferred to The University of Nevada-Reno where I completed my education. I graduated with honors from Ashmead College in Seattle (formerly Seattle Massage School). I have taken numerous continuing education courses on a multitude of topics all relating to massage, health and wellness.

I have owned and operated several businesses, one of which was a juice bar and natural foods eatery in the Kitsap Mall for 11 years. I have been a business owner/entrepreneur for over 20+ years. I have been a licensed massage practitioner for 7 years. I was a juicing columnist for the WELL BEING JOURNAL for 2 years, and have enjoyed free lance writing for many years. I opened my wellness counseling/consulting practice in 2004. I have created a Wellness in Marriage seminar which I began teaching in 2006. Welllness in the Workplace was created in 2007. I am one of 11 authors in a collaborative book that rocks, entitled YOUR ULTIMATE SALES FORCE.
