I help my clients learn to relax and "let go". The people I see lead very hectic and over-busy lives. Using my skills in reflexology, aromatherapy, and massage, I give them a place to get out of their heads and into their bodies.

"Peeling Mom Off the Ceiling" is what I do best. I give harried, overworked moms, dads, and/or professionals the tools and support to relax and rejuvenate themselves so they can live calmer, happier lives.

I need to connect with groups who are looking for a speakers on health and wellness issues. I would be delighted to provide a presentation on the benefits of aromatherapy, reflexology, and/or massage.
