I have a question - so, I have a clear idea of the positioning for my product (BLUE STEEL SPORTS Anti-Chafe cream), but am having difficulty determining the positioning for my company. I would like to focus on my customer's needs and maintain a high level of integrity in all my dealings.... but doesn't everyone? Does the positioning for the company need to be unique and how do you achieve that in this competitive economy?
