About Lilian

I blend various modalities such as Transpersonal Psychology, Natural health, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Transformational Kinesiology (TK) and Raja Yoga to facilitate individual and group work on Conscious Living and Wellness.

In the workshops, continuing education and events I offer I address Self-Development, Optimal Nutrition, Stress Management and Women's Health. I also teach Transformational Kinesiology (TK) trainings, being the only Practitioner and Educator of this modality in Washington.
