I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Shaman, Sound Healer, and Certified Reiki Master Teacher . I work with the body-mind-spirit-intention connection for optimal health and well-being. I offer a specialized variety of services, and weave together a treatment designed just for you, for each individual session. I work extensively with people that are going through life transitions and hold space for them to process somatically to make the process less impactive on them (see Trauma Recovery Work or Divorce Recovery work on my website).

Education
Bachelors in music performance and composition, Reiki Master in 4 different systems, Surgical Assistant Certification Course, OSHA trainer for Medical Office, 2 years training in Medical Massage, 2 Years training with Occupational Therapist specializing in hand and arm injuries and conditions, 27 year as lineage Shaman, Extensive training in Vibrational Medicine, including working the medical community, a multitude of certifications in massage, bodywork, and intuitive development. Cornish College of the Arts, North Seattle community college, Shoreline community college for music performance and composition.
Experience
I have done over 9,000 professional massages, was a surgical assistant for 18 years in a busy medical setting, published international poet, was peer support in a busy clinic for 4 years, write for an online Reiki journal, co-founder of Sister Wolf Healing Retreats, Founder Cowen Park Massage Clinic and Reiki Program, and musician for the majority of my life playing 5 different instruments.
I love embracing the possibility that each heart-felt connection presents and believe that we really are 6 degrees within the solution to any challenging situation that we might have. I bring this vibrant and optimistic attitude to my work.
