This was a great class! Cindy and Dave presented practical, easy to learn techniques that I put to use right away. I not only use them for myself, personally, but they showed me how I can incorporate these techniques into my hypnotherapy practice. I would take this same class again, because I learned so much.

As a hypnotherapist, I see so many folks who are manifesting (or assisting in the manifestation of) their emotional and physical dis-ease by the manner in which they speak about those things. Any hypnotist or NLP practitioner will tell you that HOW you say someting (even in your internal self-talk) is way more important than WHAT you'r trying to say.

re: The Secret It's well worth the money to buy it. You'll watch it several times, and loan it to your friends and colleagues, too. They've just released a book to go along with it. I found it and excellent adjunct to the movie.

And, wacky though it seems, that whole thinking and speaking positively really DOES manifest positive change in your life. Who'da thunk it?
