What Lisa does

. Our mission is to help busy business owners, professionals, retirees, parents, or anyone who needs more time to enjoy life. We take care of everything from the mundane to the eccentric, and we do it keeping customer service as our top priority. In fact, we guarantee you will be happy with our work, or you get your money back!

You probably don't have to stretch too far to figure out how extra time can make your life less stressful and more manageable, but here are some examples of what we do:

~ Errand Running- personal or business such as courier, personal shopping, returns, post office, banking, grocery shopping

~Transactional Services- tickets, gifts, reservations, lessons, etc.

~Home Based Help- waiting for deliveries/repairs, house sitting, pet care, relocation assistance, garage/estate sales

~ Corporate Support-information & research- hard -to-find items,deliveries, seasonal support, mailings

~ Event Assistance- weddings, funerals, reunions, parties, etc.

~Client Relations- Arranging for travel & accommodation needs, providing tours, floral & gift deliveries, etc.

are really excited to announce that we now have a licensed massage therapist on our team who will come to your office during your lunch break, or other times by arrangement, and provide you & your co-workers/ staff with 15-20 minute chair massages. It's an amazing middle-of-the-day stress buster, and a decadent and calorie-free treat!

RYT will accommodate any request, as long as it is legal and ethical. Our objective is to provide you-the individual, and you- the business owner or manager with the gift of time. Once you become accustomed to our efficient, reliable, trustworthy, and flexible service, you will wonder what took you so long to find us!

What Lisa does best

RYT puts a huge emphasis on customer service. We like to think that every task we take on, we do best. While we take our work seriously, we try to remember to keep a sense of humor. We do not take anyone for granted. We appreciate each and every one of our clients, whether they are a one-time , occasional, or ongoing user.

What does Lisa need?

We are always very appreciative of new referrals. So much so, that when you refer someone who uses our service, even for a one-time project, tell them to mention your name, and you get a free hour of service! We have programs in place to serve groups of people in the workplace, and are always open to special requests.

Education

College degree, and too many additional workshops, classes, seminars & cerificates to mention without being a bore.

Experience

Prior to starting my concierge business, I worked for 20 + years in a variety of social work positions. Also participate in many volunteer activities: Currently on board of "Work Opportunities" Currently volunteer with "Whatcom Peace & Justice Center" Currently work with "Books to Prisoners" Past volunteer for "Hospice of Whatcom County" Past volunteer with "Sean Humphrey House" Past volunteer with "Evergreen Aids Foundation"

By far the most challenging, wonderful, and important job I ever did was raising two beautiful children, who turned into two amazing adults. I have the good fortune to have them near by, and to maintain close relationships with them..
