I am a holistic counselor who works with individuals, couples, adolescents, and children. I am also a certified NLP practitioner and coach, Time Line Therapy practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist.

My training and practice comes from a holistic perspective. I believe in the wisdom of the mind and body and that bringing awareness to internal feelings and sensations can provide a framework for dealing with difficult life circumstances.
