  • DeBorah, It is always nice to have a clear and concise way to see/view your potential client's perspective. I appreciate the broadened idea of more than one focus; I have never been able to bring it down to just one group. I see you are now in Oregon, are you enjoying it?

  • Leah, Thanks for the heads up on these wonderful opportunities to write an essay and maybe win money for my business! As a small one person business it is always helpful to have extra cash on the bottom line. We could all use a little or a lot of extra money to expand, hire, remodel or grow! Thanks again for watching out for us! Lorayne Ham In Lighten

  • Suzi, I know that as an awareness coach, among other things, myself I can still fall into this trap. I find that even those of us who do a lot of personal growth work are often blind in the area of finances. I have looked at this very issue in myself and discovered that I had an old belief that money was dirty. I have worked hard to get beyond this belief but it can still creep up on me at times. Here's another one, spiritually aware people should not desire to be rich, the old I am holy and spiritual therefor must be impoverished pattern or the belief that we are beyond the need for money. I say "NO" we deserve to be supported and aware, it is our birthright! I know enough to know that if I get stuck here I call on wonderful gifted healers such as yourself to help me get beyond my own stuff. Even those of us who assist others in this area occasionally need a little assistance ourselves. Thanks for asking the question. Lorayne Ham In Lighten

  • Karen, As a fellow past hesitator I completely agree that at some point in our lives we need to give up the need to prove anything to anybody, move beyond our ego, need to please etc. and finally come to the place of acceptance of who we are and what we can contribute to the world,,,or not.
    Thanks for the reminder.

  • Jabez is a great presenter and I encourage anyone who would like to present and speak in front of groups more professionally to attend any of Jabez's programs. Jabez shared so many success tips that it will take me a while to assimilate all of them into my work practices! I know that if I apply even a few of them I will be more successful Now! I am looking forward to learning more from Jabez, he is a dynamic, down to earth and motivational presenter.

  • Hello Lorayne here!

Casandra thank you for thinking of me, I am excited about this group. My business is In Lighten I help my clients move beyond their limiting beliefs, blocks and patterns, physical, emotional or spiritual, so that they can live joy and passion filled lives. It is such a passion for me to bring back the idea of sacred feminine, sacred masculine that I have developed a program called "SHIFT" especially for women to accelerate their movement forward in their lives and allow them to discover their sacred feminine. My goal is to have these sacred circles all over the world empower women to support women and not be in competition with one another. To help them to learn to love themselves and then teach their children that self love.

Lynn, thank you for creating this group. I look forward to meeting you all in person, in the near future.

    In Light Lorayne

  • Lorayne Ham of In Lighten and Spirits In Harmony, also the "SHIFT" program. I provide services to clients by helping them to discover and uncover the reason behind the illness. I am a Reiki Master and a psychic intuitive. Using all of my gifts and talents I facilitate change. I recognize that I do not heal anyone. The clients heal themselves; I merely provide insight and direct healing to occur should the client be willing to receive it. I look forward to working with all of you amazing healers to bring about change in the way we all do business.

  • IF you are looking for an accounting firm that listens to what you want, is reasonably priced and very respectful of your time I suggest Account Services Inc. and Chris Maxfield. This firm did exactly what I asked. I wanted someone to sit with me and help me set up my books so that I would know how to do my daily entry and that is exactly what they provided. They will provide full service accounting or just crunching numbers if that is what you need. They are very professional.
I would encourage you to be aware that not all accountants are the same. Ask a lot of questions, make sure you get the answers that you want. Make sure that when you are talking with an accountant that they are asking you about your needs and listening to your answers. Just make sure you are very clear with what you want.

  • What a great and high energy group! I came away with so many action steps that will take me to the next level of expression in my business. The group I was in were hot! We sat down and right away were engaged in active listening and then had the opportunity to really help others with our suggestions. I am hooked!

If you have not attended one of these events you are missing out on the knowledge of all of the many ways you could be connecting with other indies. Thank you, Thank you!

I have already RSVP'd for next week, looking forwartd to seeing you all.
PS I kind of like the upper eastside! L
