BACKGROUND

I have been in the Seattle area for the past 8 years and love this place more than anywhere I've lived before. I originally moved to Seattle because I am a musician and the music scene in Seattle is so alive and vibrant.
EXPERIENCE
Prior to getting my real estate license, I was a sales professional within the music industry and worked for MTV, Vh-1, Salon.com and Muzak. During which time, I became a skilled negotiator and excellent listener. When I bought my first house, I loved the entire experience. (Even though at times, I thought I'd throw up from the anticipation of having a mortgage!) I didn't, but the process inspired me to use my own experience to help others through the home buying process, which can be overwhelming! I am experienced in both the selling and buying process, be it houses, condominiums, town homes or land. It is exciting helping people realize their dreams and find a home that they love!
ECO BROKER
I believe in doing my part to help the environment. I am currently working on my Eco Broker certification. This training will help me educate my clients on how to choose green homes, improve energy efficiency and promote sustainable design. More sustainable communities lead to a healthy planet. [less]
