My ideal client is a person who is struggling to understand ambivalence, conflict or struggle in their life. They are ready to explore why they continue in unhealthy patterns, and are ready to do the work to change them.

My ideal client is a person who continues to find themselves in unhappy relationships even though they've made a decision not to do this anymore.

My ideal client is a person who has tried to lose weight and no matter what they've done just can't seem to lose the weight or change their relationship with food.

My ideal client is a person who wants to learn how to engage the wisdom of their bodies in order to make better choices.
