Where should I research info on Oprah's viewers' shopping habits?

I need to learn what Oprah's audience is interested in purchasing and - ideally - an approximation of what they spend on those purchases in a given time period (a year?). Here's a made-up example: Oprah's viewers, ages 18 - 54, spent $39 million on Yoplait yogurt in 2008. I have a short list of her major advertisers, and a longer one of her typical advertisers. Googling key words isn't getting me anywhere. I could probably spend some $ at Nielsen, but that's not in this particular's client's budget. Help!
