I would like to sublet part of the space – there are two rooms available which would make ideal offices for coaches or consultants. Each office has a window. Possibly a wall could be removed between the two offices, creating one larger room for a practitioner in the healing arts.

  In addition, there will be a larger room available on a part time basis for groups, meetings and/or small classes and workshops. There is also ample storage and a water source for one of the offices. There is a spacious reception area and bathroom facilities. The building overlooks a pond and gardens, is next door to a charming coffee house and has ample parking.

  Please contact me immediately for more details. We have less than one week to make this work. Each office leases for $450/month with a five-year term. Lease includes utilities. Phone/Internet is not included although the building is DSL/broadband-ready.
