Although trained as a journalist, I discovered a passion for marketing early on and forged a career freelance writing for Fortune 500 company Nordstrom and Northwest icon Eddie Bauer. A long stint of independent writing with these and other clients in multiple industries honed my skills in copywriting and connecting with customers.

Beginning in 2004, I contracted exclusively with Nordstrom as a direct-mail catalog writer. Two years later, I joined the staff to specialize as a web writer, creating search-optimized product copy, partnering with merchant and marketing teams to maximize revenues and consistently delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

In 2008, I founded my own company to help small businesses grow and profit. Combining corporate-world savvy, 15-plus years of writing experience and a confident, personable style, I thrive on helping others achieve their goals.
