Until recently, I was a very happy life coach with clients all over the U.S. About a year ago, I worked with my daughter to get her idea, Green Halloween off the ground in Seattle. This led to our writing a book, Celebrate Green, Creating Eco-Savvy Holidays, Celebrations & Traditions for the Whole Family.

We're great at bringing green home to those people who want to integrate some ideas into their lives, but aren't sure where to start. We also can help businesses green up their office parties and other celebrations. Our goal is to keep all the fun, but lose the behaviors that cause harm to people and the planet.

We're looking for collaboration both for Green Halloween and projects stemming from our book. We want to work with other green businesses to leverage our experience and ideas.

I have a BA from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. My daughter has a master's in marriage and family counseling.

What haven't I done? I've been everything from a Lamaze childbirth coach to a freelance writer. I wrote the only authorized biography of humorist Erma Bombeck. I've been a photographer, and owned a children's clothing business. All of this was relevant to my work as a life coach because coaching is a reflection of who I am and all my prior experience in life helps me relate to my clients.

I see Celebrate Green! and all the opportunities it's presenting, as simply the next step for me. And I'm sure having a great time working with my daughter!
