My professional passion is to provide performance and life-changing tools to anyone who needs to speak well to do well. With decades of broadcast and coaching experience, I help everyone from the C-level executive to the college student to find their unique story, and deliver it to the right audience in the most compelling way. Services include media training, presentation training and message development. Our programs range from 1:1 executive coaching to large group training - ideal for company conventions or retreats.

As president and founder of Speak! Communications, Inc., Lynn Espinoza designs and facilitates communication skills programs for anyone who needs to speak well to do well. Lynn is a broadcast news veteran with more than a decade of media, presentation and executive coaching experience. She has developed personal coaching sessions for Fortune 100 C-level executives, corporate communicators of all kinds, doctors, lawyers and leaders in non-profit.

Previously, Lynn was global director of Communications Training for Waggener Edstrom Worldwide. She designed and facilitated media and presentation training sessions for a wide variety of domestic and international clients, including Microsoft, AMD, Texas Instruments, Novartis, SAP, Alaska Airlines and Unitus. Lynn has conducted media training workshops worldwide, delivering customized trainings for clients in Latin America and throughout Europe. She also served as senior project manager and primary curriculum design consultant.

Lynn is an Emmy Award-winning broadcast veteran with 15 years of experience in the television news industry. In addition to the Emmy, her work earned several Associated Press awards and the McGraw-Hill Editorial Excellence award. Before joining Waggener Edstrom, she led national and regional consumer and technology campaigns as public relations manager for drugstore.com and as the primary Northwest spokesperson for telecommunications giant US WEST (now QWEST).
