  I'm currently searching for an indoor studio so that I can expand my sessions to include winter classes as well.

  I'm happy to sign a year-lease. I need a large open space (1,000 sqft-ish), preferrably wood floors with mirrored walls.

  Because I started my company on a shoe-string budget, I have only taught in public parks in Seattle. Due to popular demand, I need to rent a studio to keep it going in the winter as well. I'll use it full-time and conduct personal training sessions and small-group fitness while not teaching large classes. [less]
