  I'm just getting ready to place my second order of promotional chapsticks with Marcello. I've referred a lot of business to him and he always takes care of my clients.

  Marcello goes the extra mile; one of his clients needed plastic bags for their conference at the last minute. Sometimes this can be arranged, but it happened to be a holiday weekend. Marcello solved this clients problem by placing the order with a Canadian manufacturer and drove to Canada to pick up the order just to make sure his client had what they needed for their event in a timely manner.
