What Marcia does

I do in home or small business computer training. I personalize each training. There are no two people alike and there are no two training sessions that are alike. The training sessions can range from the very basic skills to more advanced training.

What Marcia does best

Computers can be intimidating. I believe I take away a lot of the frustration that people feel about computers. One of my strengths is patience which helps put people at ease.
