I am a business consultant/coach focused on small, closely held businesses that need help addressing the internal operational roadblocks holding them back. My goal is to help my clients position themselves to make the leap to the next level of business growth. My focus is management, personnel issues, team building, project management, strategic planning and meeting facilitation.

I am good at working with people, addressing management issues head on. I am also skilled at organizing a big task or project, breaking it down into manageable chunks, and then helping a team get it done. Creative work is another area I really enjoy, working as part of a creative team to develop something new. My best creative skill is writing, something I really enjoy.
