IT and engineering professionals come to me to help them improve their social skills so they can move their careers forward. I help them to fine tune their communication and people skills and help them create a plan to gain the visibility they need for their next promotion. I do both individual coaching and group training. New managers who have worked with me have learned to work effectively with low performers and to help high performers find their inspiration. People who work with me become better at working with their coworkers, clients, managers and project teams. They master the ability to build successful, long term relationships to help them advance their careers. Additionally, technical professionals who have suffered from negative performance learn to bounce back from negative experiences and learn to thrive when they hire me.

The focus of my business is working with IT and engineering professionals. I love to help tekkies improve their people skills so their brilliant work can be seen and experienced by others. I love helping technical managers learn to be great coaches and mentors and to become great people managers.
