What Marilyn does
I own and run a real estate brokerage in downtown Seattle, called Starbuck Estates. I am the designated broker, manager, and new agent trainer, and also provide agency services for my clients.
What Marilyn does best
I specialize in luxury homes marketing and sales, and high end clientele and their special problems. I also love helping new home buyers, people who are facing financial difficulties with their current homes, and military folks. What really makes my day is when I can help someone who has been trying to sell their home with no luck. I enjoy analysing their situation, and getting them back on the road to achieving their real estate goal.
What does Marilyn need?
1) More agents! I opened in late June, and have two agents so far. 2) Help with Quickbooks. 3) Help with Top Producer (new system for me). 4) Referrals! Experience
I began my real estate career with John L. Scott for three and a half years, moved to Real Estate USA for almost a year, and then became a broker and started my own brokerage this last June. I began specializing in luxury homes as a John L. Scott agent and became a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. I have been a Realtor for over four and half years. I have found that training others has caused me to learn and master the arts of marketing and negotiation even more. I have disovered over the years that there is no substitute for hands on experience in the field. And what a great field to be in!
