As a former contractor I was accustomed to taking homes down to the studs and putting them back together better than they were before. Through those experiences I was able to discover that people are alot like homes... some need routine maintenance, others need major remodels and occasionally you are better off tearing down the existing and starting over. I help my clients assess where they are at, develop a plan and execute it. The results are truly amazing.

I graduated from Hard Knocks University with honors. I also consider myself a student of life and have learned much from observing and communicating with others. The remainder of my education has come as a result of endless hours of study and research of top professionals in the coaching profession.

The majority of my experience has come as a result of coaching friends, family, employees and associates through difficult challenges in their lives. I have also had the privilege of coaching kids in a number of sports programs through the YMCA and Seattle Parks & Recreation.
