I am currently involved in a couple of real estate related ventures. I have also provided short-term capital for commercial purposes. My experience in both real estate and finance allow me to provide solutions to common problems in both areas.

My biggest asset is my creativity. I can often put together deals that are a challenge for conventional financing. I also have the ability to evaluate existing business models and provide valuable feedback to help improve the bottom line.

I am looking to establish relationships with other business professionals, entrepreneurs and creative individuals in an effort to have some fun and make some money.

I graduated from Hard Knocks University with honors. I also consider myself a student of life and have learned much from observing and communicating with others.

The majority of my experience has come through trial and error. My business experience has been obtained as a general contractor and continued as a real estate investor. My finance experience has come from participating in the commercial lending side of finance.
