Co-Founder of Social Gears, a capable, high-quality social application development company. Our first Facebook application (FirstLookz) has been launched and will soon be extended to the Web and OpenSocial environments.

I would say my greatest (work) passion is creating new ideas or working with others to create usable Web applications at rapid speed!!!

I'm responsible for all strategic and technical direction including the creative energy behind some of our own products as well as adding significant value to our client projects.

Our latest successful venture is AgencyLogic PowerSites (www.agencylogic.com). PowerSites are single property Websites that are 100% dedicated to one listing. Realtors/Real Estate professionals use them to help win the listing and to market the property. They are free to try and inexpensive to publish.

Our next project is a social media application centered on the beauty industry - www.salons.com. I'm sure I'll be asking lots of questions about generating the "spark" that stimulates people chatting and brings life to a site!

In addition to founding Network Earth, I also co-founded and was a board member of ParentWatch, Inc. (now Arrowsight, Inc.), a secure remote video solution for the childcare industry. My contributions included initial concept, research and development for video delivery and back-end administration systems as well as assisting in raising substantial venture capital funding.

I am a patent holder on a video search technique and also the sole author of a procurement (contract) matching patent for another Network Earth assisted venture eBizMatching.com. The eBizMatching system simplifies the expensive and often overly-complex process of connecting businesses with Federal, State and local contract opportunities and Requests for Proposals. The system received official recognition by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
