I have staged and redesigned vacant and occupied homes and condominiums in the greater Seattle Puget Sound area and Palm Springs, California. I especially like to work in my own immediate neighborhood of Ballard, Phinney Ridge, Green Lake, Greenwood and Fremont. In staging or redesigning any property my number one goal is to always exceed my client's expectations! Now more than ever, staging is a key component of marketing your property. Presenting your property in the best possible way right from the start is the smart way to get your property noticed among the many already out there. With a discriminating eye for color, texture, scale and proportion I help solve the design dilemmas that are part of every staging and redesign project. Using my design experience and working with your homes' unique features, I allow your home to "shine" by highlighting it's best attributes; creating an instant emotional connection. Whether staging a vacant or occupied home, I create a warm and inviting ambience so that potential buyers can imagine themselves living there.

I am really good at being a resource for my clients. I enjoy doing research which almost always leads to a number of new and different solutions for design problems that are a part of every project. I can quickly assess what needs to be done, put together the necessary components and complete a project in a timely manner and all within your budget.

I started working at the age of sixteen while still in high school. I have always worked with the publc in various customer service oriented businesses and in Human Resources for over five years. Washington Dental Service, YMCA, METRO, Seattle Public Library, Nordstrom, and the Seattle Public Schools are some of the places I have gained valuable work experience.
