I write copy that causes my clients to get more clients and make more money. Web copy, email letters, direct sales letters, press releases, postcards... and more.

A lot of my work is focused on real estate and related fields, probably because I spent 19 years in the business, was an owner/broker, and sold my agency to devote full time to copywriting after I realized it had become my favorite part of the job.

I would love to collaborate with graphic designers, web designers, newsletter publishers,etc. to help promote both their clients and mine more fully.

Bachelors degree in Education -- which I only used to home school my own kids.

Real estate classes to obtain both a sales person and broker's license, plus continuing education.

3 AWAI copywriting courses and 2 AWAI bootcamps, plus ongoing study.

In the past... I opened a brand new agency and took it to #1 in our small town... taking over 50% of the business and leaving 6 other agencies to share the balance.

Currently I work for several Realtors, a real estate referral site, and have written all kinds of promotions for everything from a used car lot to a check cashing agency to a company that teaches anti-money laundering.

I also provide fundraising letters to several small animal rescue non-profits.
