I have been in private practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Seattle since 1980, working with individuals and couples and groups. We hold introductory and advanced workshops for people to learn EFA and deepen their ability to apply Emotional First-Aid to their work and personal lives.

  Marti is my counselor. She has helped me move past hidden emotional blocks and counterproductive beliefs large and small. Everything from "the world is a dangerous place" to silly little things (such as fear of elevator speeches). She has also coached me when I needed someone to bounce ideas off of. Her compassionate energy, enthusiasm for life, and positive outlook are contagious. (Thank goodness!) And I use her Emotional First-Aid Kit at home.
