If you would like to buy a home, but can't qualify for a conventional mortgage, you've come to the right place.

I am a real estate investor and I buy and sell homes... I am not a real estate agent. By using my special financing, you can buy a home from me.

It does NOT matter if you have bad credit, bankruptcy, late payments, judgments, liens, tax problems or charge offs, you can still buy one of our homes. It doesn't even matter if you have verifiable income. I believe that everyone has a right to own their own home.

I am constantly getting new homes in nearly every area.

I make it very easy to own your own home... to have a place that you can claim as your own and be a proud homeowner. Nearly every one of our past buyers had been turned down again and again and again by banks and mortgage brokers... even banks that advertised "bad credit okay." They never thought they'd EVER be able to actually buy a home for themselves and their family until they got into my program.

I receive lots of calls every day from people who have homes they want to sell. If I think these homes will fit the needs of buyers like you, I will purchase these properties and then offer them to my "Registered Buyers."

I will lease the property to you for a specific time, usually a year, and in that time you may purchase your home at any time during this period at the price we agree to before you enter this program. You pay a non-refundable fee that will apply towards your purchase price. Part of your rent will also be applied to the purchase price of your new home if you decide to buy it.
