As a Jungian therapist, Play consultant, and Writer-- I believe in a the power of play. Play is Life! I practice locally in the Northwest consulting with clients through the use of dream analysis and play (*there are many ways to play--to name a few--movement, nature play, painting, writing, sandplay, and many, many more options that I can help you discover). I am also available to travel and lend my support as a play consultant and educator to create positive change through play. I love to create and play! Dreaming, developing new programs, teaching, and writing are all passions. I am passionate about bringing the news that play improves life for everybody no matter what age of demographic. I am also committed to educate psychotherapists and nurses about how to improve their self-care and professional practice through play and asset-based training. I love to work with professionals who are engaged in their work for themselves and for the common good.

I am currently open for new clients who are interested in Jungian therapy with an emphasis on play. I offer a free initial phone consultation. I am interested in speaking engagements to talk about The Power of Play. I am also looking for psychotherapists, nurses, and groups who are interested in ongoing training in the use of arts-based, playful forms and practice for self-care & innovation.

I have earned a PhD in clinical psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in CA. I have been in private practice as a Jungian therapist blending arts-based forms with psychological work leading to individuation and collective understanding. I have been in private practice as a Jungian therapist & play consultant since 1993. I write creative nonfiction & poetry and am currently working on an anthology, memoir, and researching play as it relates to the individuation process. I have been a certified InterPlay teacher since 1993, utilize sandplay, moving arts, and voice play in my work, and have led numerous workshops, retreats, and groups small-large in size.
