Also known as Kathy, I do recipe analysis for restaurants, writers, caterers or anybody else! I do Medical Nutrition Therapy; am a provider (so far) for Medicare Part B, Premera and Regence. I have a great weight management program, give talks on nutrition, and am an 'expert witness' within the court system.

Experience in hospitals, with WIC, in public health, long term care and assisted living companies, which included hands-on and general expertise in clinical matters and operation oversight of many facilities. Additional experience with a hospital weight loss program, taught on the University level, have been an 'expert witness' in the court system, consulted with child psychitric facilities., and have been and am a speaker at various venus. Currently am involved in analyzing restaurant recipes within King County due to the law effective 01/09
