I offer two hour Breakthrough Coaching sessions for individuals, couples, and families. I also develop seminars and workshops for businesses.

Sessions have two components. Duing the first 30 minutes, clients explain what they want to change or identify areas where they feel stuck. We then engage in a conversation or inquiry that reveals the underlying and self imposed reasons for feeling stuck. We then engage in a conversation or inquiry that reveals the underlying and self imposed reasons for feeling stuck. In the process of the conversations, clients are also given practical tools that can be used to awaken to their own accountability and for managing their thoughts rather than being a victime to their thoughts. In short, I facilitate conversations that bring clients into a higher consciousness about themselves.
