  What would I do without Mary? I’m never going to be a yogi. I’m a type AAAA+++++ personality type who would work 24hrs a day if I could. The problem is that I can’t, nobody can, and for those of us who try – we need people like Mary.

  Her nurturing personality and easygoing nature are just what I need to reign myself in and take note of where I am. Having her as part of La Familia Gallery has been a huge key to our success, just when we think we can’t go anymore – there Mary is with the calm and the center that brings us back around.

  Being a successful person in life and business is about balance, a healthy yoga practice can really add that to your life in just an hour a week. Her classes bring my mind to a focus point that I can’t get any other way, they also keep my physically and emotionally able to keep up with my demanding job.

  Although I often fall behind in my practice, Mary is never judgmental. She meets where I am and helps be get back to where I was before. If you are feeling like you are overworked and unfocused. Please, stop in and try a class with Mary – you will be hooked.    [less]
