20 years BMW experience. Fourteen years at BMW Dealerships, and 6 years at the BMW Engineering Center. The last 6 years at BMW, I was responsible for training of all new American mechanics. BMW Master Technician ranking with BMW ACT. Extensive training on the new BMW Mini-Cooper, and the BMW Rolls Royce. I have trained in the BMW Germany methods of diagnostics, repairs, and general workshop procedures.

Kett Engineering – BMW Engineering Center 6 years
Lead American Mechanic in Engineering workshop. Duties included training all new American mechanics. Performed various testing, repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic work on all models and future models in the BMW product line [ BMW, Mini-Cooper, and Rolls Royce ] Two annual test trips per year [ summer and winter tests ] we’re part of my duties. My roll on these trips as [ Master mechanic ] also included performing various testing on the cars in different situations [ engineering support ] Working with the highest-ranking engineers from Germany gave me a great cultural experience that I enjoyed.
