  • seeking to contract occaisional website maintenance

    I designed a large website for an apartment community developer with over 35+ properties. From time to time they add a new property and I expand the website.

    When something glitches with the website I'm on call to fix it or investigate the bug. I'm a one man shop, and when on vacation I need a back-up to be able to handle any problems that arise. Usually very basic stuff if even only simply updating.

    Probably limited work based on my above requirements, but I need a back-up nonetheless as stuff does break!

  • need money? weeks worth of light labor - easy work...

    I have some rental properties in need of some light maintenance. Stuff like painting, caulking, removing some carpet, digging a hole for some plumbing, etc.

    About a weeks worth of work with an immediate start date.

    Pays between $12-15 per hour depending on your skill level.
