Spreading Joy in the Spirit of Communication

As a writer, speaker, Myers-Briggs consultant, yoga & meditation instructor, my goal is to offer seminars that integrate body, mind and spirit.

My new book is just complete: Pet Types: Communing Heart to Heart... all about our interaction with our animals and what we can learn from one another. Portions of proceeds go to animal welfare organizations. Animal advocacy is a deep passion of mine.

I have also written a book entitled: "Wine Types: Discover Your Inner Grape" all about wine and personality. There is a seminar by the same name that is great for wine tasting events, convention ice breakers etc.

Teaching, Speaking, Writing.... all facets of communication.:) (with both 2 AND 4-leggeds.) :)

Venues to sell book, events needing speakers on the art of communication... Can also incorporate yoga.:)
