Many times people don't know what truly fulfills them and what they want to do in their career and life. Or, they are unsure of how to get there. That is where my skills and talent can help. Other times, people just need a discussion partner to help work through an issue. This requires my ability to deeply listen and when asked, to provide a different perspective.

What's my experience...My life long contemplation of life and the pursuit of asking others "why". I have always been fascinated with why people do what they do. What makes a person happy, passionate, secure, confident and fulfilled? Why is it that some people seem to achieve success so easily while others, many times more competent, fall behind. What is it that keeps people from pursuing their dreams? How can people move beyond their limiting beliefs, and those of society, in order to live to their full potential? How can I help individuals, businesses and corporation awaken to the positive impact they can make internally and on the world?

I have coached, mentored and instructed thousands of people in my career. I created and helped others create profitable businesses. And, I have helped corporations transcend internal and external obstacles.
