About Melanie

Rolfing is a soft tissue manipulation that helps realign your body in gravity. By releasing the restrictions and adhesions in your connective tissue your body becomes more upright, more fluid wit less effort. (Don't know what connective tissue is? Have you ever eaten chicken? Well, when you peel the skin off the flesh the connective tissue is the white, gelatinous stuff in between...)
