What are the best ways to market/promote a weekend retreat?

I'm interested in low/no cost options. I'd rather focus on networking than expensive advertising. I'm also looking for specific avenues of promotion in the Puget Sound Region.

The type of retreats I am offering are oriented toward personal growth and health.
