I have a private practice in Fremont and teach advanced bodywork skills to therapists internationally.

I am professionally trained in Hellerwork, Visceral and Cranial Therapies. My work is gentle, safe and very effective. I use assessment skills that allow me to determine where, how and in what order to treat the person. This process helps reduce the number of sessions required and increases the effectiveness of each session. I combine years of hands-on treatment experience with the subtle energy medicine techniques of The BodyTalk System to offer effective treatment for chronic pain, injury and illness.

I help people find the resources needed to live a happy and healthy life.

I have been in private practice in the Fremont area of Seattle since 1998 and continue to train with advanced practitioners who are pioneering the fields of Energy Medicine and Structural Bodywork. I am passionate about deepening my understanding of the physical, emotional and spiritual anatomy of the body and how balance in all three realms leads to healing.

I regularly lecture and demonstrate my work and have been teaching bodywork skills to massage therapists, physical therapists and healers throughout the country since 2001.
