We do all sorts of things with local area networks, wide area networks, secure remote access, regulation compliance, misc maintenance, spam filtering etc etc. We work with Microsoft, Apple, Linux and Novell. I've been in the industry for nearly twenty years myself, most of that time spent consulting so I've worked with hundreds of different companies and projects of all sizes and most of the folks we work with have been doing this at least ten years so we can pretty much handle whatever the need is.

Referrals of course. :) We tend to, "put ourselves out of business" - once a new client's network has been cleaned up we need only return once a month or so for occasional maintenance so we are always looking for new clients. Our clients tend to be from industries that rely heavily on technology; e.g. healthcare, insurance, legal, engineering/architectural etc but we work with a broad range outside those areas as well. A good referral for us is a company with less than 500 employees but more than ten. Common scenarios where we get engaged include:

• mergers/acquisitions
• infrastructure upgrade/expansion
• rapid growth wth extreme/immediate scaling needs
• outdated/unsupported technology
• regular maintenance/monitoring
