  I'm probably a rare case (as in I'm not a loan officer or real estate agent), just a private individual who needed my property appraised. Michael responded to my inquiries immediately, clearly explained the benefits of the different types of appraisals, and got the initial documents over to me instantly. He was always quick to respond and before the week was out, I had my 22 page document.
