Share What do you need/want to learn about law?
Thank you all who attended the Law for Small Business 101 presentation on August 15th.
This was the first Biznik event discussing law as it relates to small business, and we did spend the bulk of our time talking about business entitities--corporations, LLCs, and so forth.
There are many other areas of law that affect Bizniks, and there were some requests for additional presentations, some of which are in my fields of practice, some are covered by other Bizniks.
So, a bit of a poll: What (other) areas of law you would like to learn about for your endeavors? Contracts? Collections? Doing business from home? Trademarks? Copyrights? Other IP? ????
