What Michelle does

I am a mental health therapist in downtown Seattle. I work with individuals and groups to decrease the stess of urban living and increase the satisfaction and meaning in their lives. Stress takes a toll on the body and mind, which are inter-related. When either one is under stress, the other will follow in attempt to compensate. By learning to tune into our bodies and minds, we are able to be bring more consciousness to our lives and relationships.

What Michelle does best

I work with individuals age 13 and older with a variety of experiences including: depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, and life satisfaction. More specifically, I really enjoy working with young adults (the twenty-somethings) who are navigating the world of adulthood for the first time. Also of interest are those in transition, men seeking more meaning in thier lives, and introverts. Anyone can benefit from counseling, as it provides an objective means with which to practice and process life's stresses from urban living.

I'm interested in building a network with other trusted professionals for support and referrals.
