What a beautiful idea Leslie! I look forward to future events such as this that work better with my schedule.
Wow! I would so love to attend this event!!
If you haven't experienced Barak's treasure filled energy yet, this event is a MUST!
I am keeping my eye out for the encore!
I'm so sorry I had to cancel last minute, I took a shift for a sick friend and would have to be back this side of the lake by 3.
I'm with you in spirit & intention, and I'll be writing from now until 3pm "with" each of you!
Thank you SOOO much Pamela, this is a fabulous gift you are giving to us by hosting this!
I have to be the voice of dissent here regarding "Email Marketing Is Way Cool".
Imagine everyone you've ever done business with sending you weekly emails. Imagine everyone you've ever done business with sharing your email with all of the people they do business with.
Imagine an inbox full of ... you guessed it, unwanted SPAM.
Everyone who has ever had an email address has changed it at least thrice due to that inbox nightmare, those server-space-clogging messages you never wanted, those email lists your dear "friend" in business signed you up for without your consent.
I've even run into this with handing out my business cards to Bizniks. Somehow that was permissions to put me on a list and sell my name.
So. Not. Cool.
If your product or service is that great, you don't need to harass me with a newsletter I don't have time to read. I'll be back and I'll certainly tell my friends.
Of COURSE there are people who love you, and want your "tips and tricks" newsletter, and read it fervently and WANT constant communication from you.
But there are also plenty of people with whom an unwanted newsletter will scar your hard earned reputation as someone who is trustworthy, values my time, and values my privacy.
So I urge you to take care to know your customers well enough to know THEIR particular "how to sell me" needs before sending them boundless emails from you and everyone you do business with.
Wow. What a spectacular idea for an event. Sierra, as always, you amaze me. If my thursdays evenings were open, I would so be there!
Wow, I am sooo bummed at the venue change! I arrived at greenlake 1/2 late hoping to sneak in unnoticed. Low and behold a sign!
When I got home to my cell phone still on the charger there was a lovely message from the fabulous Lisa about the new location.
Thank you Aaron for your efforts to notify everyone in multiple ways, truely a great host!!
I hope the next one flows with my universe as "go"!
bug
cursor in the compose email "box" tends to randomly disappear
I, of course, am unable to reproduce this at the moment, but it seems like it might be related to using arrow keys to move around inside the box.
I'll try to write a better bug report when I can provide steps to reproduce the problem!

click the "back" button (in the browser)
if there was a way the "back" button could take me back to the page I was on, rather than page1, it would make my painfully slow laptop happy not to have to reload both page1 and then the page I was just on.
There's something magical about 'seeing' it.
And this is the perfect event to create that visual!
Pamela's great - I wish I could attend!
What a beautiful idea Pamela!
Hi Ron - I was wondering what level of IT background is anticipated for attendee's.
I'm a fairly tech-savvy "edit your own HTML" self-taught website creator who would love to learn more about security tools that reach beyond "right click is not allowed". Am I the sort of biznik this event is geared towards?
A big "Thank You" to everyone who attended. You made this a wonderful event to host.
Warm congratulations to Pamela the "grand prize" winner!
How did I miss this?? Let me know if there's cancels!
or ... hmm ... any rebels wanna meet "outside" the meeting room and mastermind in the cafe??
sshhhh don't tell Lisa! :)
Wow.
Serious Wow.
This event was full of amazing folks! If you're on the edge of starting or finishing your book, ebook, mp3 book ... COME TO THIS EVENT!
I wish I could make it, what a great idea Kirk!
Thank you Howard. Your support is always appreciated!
Look forward to meeting you Aaron!
Super idea for an event!
Thank you Lisa and a huge thank you to my Makeshift MasterMind Monday Team -- just show up, the right people will find you, and voila! an amazing team is formed!!
Love this Event Lisa!!!!!
I responded thinking:
"Free? Live Music? I'm there!"
I left quite surprised at who I ran into and where the conversations led that were relevant to my business!
My advice -- go, even if you're not a music indie insider -- you just never know ...
Hey Lisa - looking fabulous in pink dah-ling!
I'm excited to finally experience your masterfully minded event!!
Hey Howard/Jack - so sorry I missed the last one, I was very much looking forward to it.
I had Mosaic's location mixed up with Julia's :(. I drove around for about 45min hoping to find it, no luck.
I very much look forward to learning a new approach to authoring since "search and hope" didn't quite get me there last time ;-)
Ruth's great & cashflow is very enlightening. You get to experience how you do all those money things you do & play with things you never usually would to see what might happen!
Wish I could make this one!!
