As a businesswoman turned lawyer, I look at your business the way you do but with an eye toward managing risk and liability. I work exclusively with entrepreneurs and love what I do. My work experience prior to founding Equinox (formerly Small Business Legal Services) was in technology consulting with a Big 5 (or what was Big 5) consulting firm and risk management at Cingular Wireless where I worked to improve operations throughout the company.  I have a JD and MBA from Northwestern University and was a founding member of the Small Business Opportunity Center there.  I am also the part owner of the 0/8 Seafood Grill and Twisted Cork Wine BAr in Bellevue.
