As a Licensed Massage Practitioner and Registered Yoga Teacher, I am ever inspired to bridge the gap between the body and mind. I believe that it is this separation that causes much, if not all, of our stress and illness. When we begin to pay attention to what our body is trying to tell us, we can tap into our inner source of wisdom and cultivate an overall sense of well-being. Therefore, helping my clients develop an awareness for this relationship is one of my primary goals.

Although known for my deep tissue massage, I consciously integrate a variety of modalities in response to my client's individual needs. My repertoire of techniques include crainiosacral, injury treatment, neuromuscular re-education, myofascial release and a range of energy work, such as Reiki and Traditional Healing techniques.

Drawing on my 10+ years of yoga practice and experience as a bodyworker, I offer a therapeutic approach to yoga. Each private or semi-private session is personalized, based on my client's goals. Careful adjustments for proper alignment and focused breath work are emphasized to help my clients find the fullest expression of each posture.

In addition to massage and yoga sessions, I also offer appointments combining the two, in order to provide my clients with a fully integrated experience. [less]
