I provide an approach that helps a buyer identify a great buy. This is a great time to buy because the real estate market is in free fall, there are far more sellers than qualified buyers and sellers have to discount their prices.   Mike's experience in the business world and his personal life is what drives him to help make your dreams of homeownership come true -- and this is not just any house, but a house that works for you and your income level.

  This seems like an off-topic entry into a testimonial, but I need to mention it. Mike is a loving father who really listens to his two young, headstrong adults. Why is this important?
